Buying a property in Carlton can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, buying property is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help when buying a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Carlton area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Carlton for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Carlton. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Carlton Suburb Profile
Carlton is located a hop, skip and a jump from the CBD and is home to a vibrant lifestyle with its parks, restaurants, cafes and good old fashioned pubs.
The suburb could also be mistaken for Australia’s Little Italy given the multitude of Italian cafes, restaurants and gelatarias mostly all situated on Lygon Street. I would venture so far as saying that Carlton was probably the first place to feature an espresso machine!
You will find incredibly beautiful architecture in Carlton with many of the buildings having historical significance, ie. Royal Exhibition Buildings, the old Carlton Brewery.
Take a walk through Drummond Street and view some of the stunning heritage registered Victorian terrace homes.
There is so much to do and see within Carlton. It is a suburb steeped in history and culture. For more information on Carlton, visit the City of Melbourne.
Known for its beautiful gardens, Carlton has several garden squares that date back to the Victorian period. There are five of these green spaces – Carlton Gardens, University Square, Lincoln Square, Argyle Place and MacArthur Place.
Carlton is also home to The University of Melbourne, the CBD campus of RMIT University and the Fitzroy campus of Australian Catholic University. Melbourne Business School and Melbourne Law School are also in the area.
In terms of primary education, the suburb has Carlton Gardens Primary School (founded in 1884 and is one of Melbourne’s oldest schools) and Carlton Primary School.
