Buying a property in Heathmont can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, buying property is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help when buying a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Heathmont area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Heathmont for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Heathmont. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Heathmont Suburb Profile
Whether you are considering buying, renting, or investing, it is important you do your research and determine whether a suburb is right for you.
This week we take a look at the suburb of Heathmont which began its life covered in apple orchards.
Today it maintains its leafy, green peacefulness and has the beautiful Dandenong Creek Trail with its flora and fauna and the Yarra Valley at its feet.
Heathmont is within the City of Maroondah and is home to a wide demographic of people – families, professionals, retirees and those who want to feel like they are in the country without actually being in the country.
This suburb is clean, quiet and safe. Heathmont is on the Belgrave railway line with its own train station and multiple bus stops as well as having Eastlink just around the corner. There are also a number of good schools nearby including Heathmont Secondary, Ringwood Secondary, Great Ryrie Primary and Heathmont East primary.
The main village is home to some wonderful and unique local businesses ranging from great coffee to quaint gifts. And if you are looking to do some major damage to the credit card, Heathmont is close to Eastland and Westfield Knox shopping centres.
Heathmont also has its share of sporting activities such as cricket, netball, football and tennis. Find out more about what sports clubs and recreation facilities are available.
