The payment system on this website utilises the latest in internet security technology. The payment gateway we use is Bank of Melbourne Merchant Facility who are a PCI DSS tier 1 compliant and have the highest level of security.
So what does all this mean in plain English? Your credit card information is processed using the most secure technology available. The only systems that actually have access to your credit card details are Bank of Melbourne Merchant Administration Console (MAC) Facility as the payment gateway. We do not have access to your credit card details if you use our online payment processing. If you do not want to utilise our online processing system, we can process your payment details with us over the telephone, and your credit card details will need to be provided to one of our staff to process the payment. Once payment has been processed in this way, your credit card details will be no longer be required and will be removed from our system.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. So while we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
