Buying a property in Albion can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, buying property is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help when buying a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Albion area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Albion for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Albion. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Albion Suburb Profile
Originally called Darlington, Albion is located 14km west of Melbourne’s CBD and is bordered on the north by Ballarat Road, the south by Forrest Street, the west by Kororoit Creek and the east by Anderson Road.
The suburb is completely surrounded by other parts of Sunshine except for Ardeer, which lies to Albion’s due west across Kororoit Creek. Along it runs the Kororoit Creek Trail which runs all the way southwards to meet the Federation Trail in Brooklyn.
Stony Creek lies on the eastern edge of Albion, close to Anderson Road. As of 2013, the creek’s environmental state west of Anderson Road is very poor as it has long been converted to nothing more than a concrete stormwater drain for this particular section of its course.
Albion has many period homes such as California bungalows and 1940s weatherboard houses. A notable landmark of Albion is the red brick John Darling and Son Flour Mill built in 1922. It is just to the south of Ballarat Road, next to Albion train station.
Albion railway station is on the Subury line and lies in the Public Transport Victoria zones. Metropolitan buses such as routes 215, 216, 400, 451, 456 and 903 frequently service the area.
