Buying a property in Armadale can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, it is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help to make it easy to buy a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Armadale area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Armadale for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Armadale. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Armadale Suburb Profile
Armadale is one of the many suburbs of Melbourne and considered to be on top of the list with a population of 8,760 as of 2011.
It is located 7 kilometers south-east of the CBD and belongs to the City of Stonnington local government area.
Bordering Armadale to the east is Glenferrie Road, Orrong Road to the west, Malvern Road to the north and Dandenong Road to the south.
The suburb of Armadale is named after Scotland’s Armadale situated in Sutherland. The reason for this is James Munro, one of the suburb’s notable residents being the 15th premier of Victoria. Munro was born in Sutherland where Armadale is located.
Among the first buildings constructed in the area was the Armadale Post Office on High Street. The post office opened in 1884 while the North Post Office located near Toorak Station opened much later in 1940.
High Street is Armadale’s main thoroughfare where top fashion and antique shops can be found. The other commercial area is the Glenferri Road where restaurants and more shops are situated. This road is the border between Armadale and Malvern.
Educational institutions mostly private schools also abound in this Melbourne suburb. These include Lauriston Girls’ School and the King David School.
Parks are in place as well for recreation and relaxation purposes. They include the Toorak Park, Victory Square Reserve, Armadale Reserve and the Union Street Gardens.
The suburb is also one of Melbourne’s premier blue chip areas with its own railway station in addition to the Toorak railway station.
