Buying a property in Greenvale can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, buying property is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help when buying a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Greenvale area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Greenvale for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Greenvale. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Greenvale Suburb Profile
Only 20km from the Melbourne CBD, Greenvale is dubbed as one of Melbourne’s most overlooked suburbs. This is despite it offering an established neighbourhood, great amenities and excellent proximity to the city. A recent article by realestate.com.au claims Greenvale to be one of the next Melbourne suburbs to boom.
Greenvale is in the Local Government Area of Hume City Council and positioned only 10 minutes from the Tullarmarine Airport. Once considered semi-rural, Greenvale is now a mixture of old and new developments. Greenvale has expanded considerably in the last 10 years and now has two shopping centres, three primary schools (St Carlo Borromeo Catholic PS, Greenvale PS and Keelonith Catholic PS), a community centre and two kindergartens. Greenvale also has an independent school called Aitken College which is prep through to year 12 as well as Kilbe Catholic College and Greenvale Secondary School.
Hosting very successful Soccer and AFL local Football Clubs, Greenvale has a range of other sporting clubs, including the Greenvale Tennis Club and Greenvale Cricket Club. Not many people also know that Greenvale is home to Living Legends – The International Home of Rest for Champion Horses – located at Woodlands Homestead in Woodlands Historic Park. Woodlands Historic Park and Greenvale Reservoir Park both host great parklands and walking trails which almost makes you forget that you are not that far from Melbourne City!
The closest train station to Greenvale is Roxburgh Park Station, which is on the Craigieburn train line. Greenvale is also serviced by three bus routes.
