Buying a property in Sandringham can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, it is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help to make it easy to buy a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Sandringham area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Sandringham for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.

Sandringham Suburb Profile
The suburb of Sandringham is a beachside area situated 16 kilometers southeast of Melbourne’s CBD. It is part of the City of Bayside with a population of 9,309 as of 2011.
Originally known as Gypsy Village, it was part of the early estates in Moorabbin owned by Josiah Holloway back in 1852. Despite the small settlement taking place at that time, lots were sold in the area between 1852 and 1854.
The name Sandringham was used in 1887 for the town’s post office. The first Bluff post office was opened in 1868 but was closed in 1871. After two years, it was reopened again.
Lifestyle in the Bayside Area
As a bayside suburb next to Port Philip, Sandringham attracts all kinds of people from the beachgoers, walkers, picnickers, sightseers, photo enthusiasts, shoppers and cyclists. It also features a number of cafes, coffee shops, gourmet food outlets, take-away food counters and different types of restaurants that offer varied international cuisine from Greek and Indian to Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese.
Also in place in the suburb are clothing stores, a Coles supermarket, health food store, a library, medical centre, hardware store, wine store, bank and a modern hotel called The Sandy that offers a fantastic view of the bay through its balconies.
Schools
Families with schoolchildren will not have difficulty finding a school here as a number of them are available in the area. The one of Victoria’s oldest is here, the Sandringham Primary School which first opened in 1855. There’s also the Firbank Girls’ Grammar School junior school called Sandringham House.
Sandringham College is also here with two campuses, one on Bluff Road and the other on Holloway Road.
Public Transportation
This beachside suburb is located at the end of the Sandringham railway line. From Melbourne, it can be reached by train in about 27 minutes.
Buses also service the area traveling between Sandringham railway station and St Kilda as well as Westfield’s Southland.
Sports Clubs
Sandringham is also home to various sports clubs. These include the Sandringham Football Club called Zebras which has its home ground at the Trevor Barker oval on Beach Road and the Sandringham Soccer Club which has both a men’s and women’s team.
The Boys Cricket Club, meanwhile, can be found at the RG Chisholm Reserve on Duncan Street where the East Sandringham Junior Football Club also holds its headquarters. The cricket club has, so far, produced skilled cricketers particularly at the junior level.
