Buying a property in Surrey Hills can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, buying property is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help when buying a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Surrey Hills area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Surrey Hills for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Surrey Hills. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Surrey Hills Suburb Profile
Located within the local governments of the Cities of Booroondara and Whitehorse, Surrey Hills is 11km east of Melbourne’s CBD. With streets now lined with mature Eurpean Trees, mostly plane and pin oak, Surrey Hills was formally settled in the late 19th century and evolved with slightly smaller blocks and slightly simpler housing than its neighbour, Canterbury. The suburb is bordered by Elgar Road in the East, Riversdale Road in the South, Highfield Road in the West and Whitehouse Road in the North.
The suburb has 3 local primary schools; Surrey Hills Primary, Chatham Primary School and Our Lady’s of Perpetual Succour. Surrey Hills’ Central Business District is relatively small, consisting of a 300-metre strip of shops along Union Road.
The Surrey Hills railway station is located in the neighbourhoods centre and is on the Belgrave and Lilydale railway lines. However, most working residents of Surrey Hills commute to Melbourne either by car or train. To reach a safe bicycle path for the city commute, cyclists must travel south to the Gardiners Creek Trail or north to the Yarra River Trail, via the Outer Circle Trail. A bike lane is located on Mont Albert Road.
