We recently worked for a client to get their home ready to sell. This was a multi-step process, as the home was dated inside so needed a few repairs. Plus, it was full of a lifetime’s worth of treasures.
We provided advice and trusted resources to help with a declutter. We then arranged and managed trades to complete minor updates to the home to get it ready for sale – painting, new flooring and carpets, a garden tidy up and general fix ups around the home.
Once the home was ready for sale, we staged the property with furniture. Home staging or styling elevates a home to showcase the best features and show potential buyers how they themselves may be able to utilise the spaces in a home.
As part of our vendor advocacy service, we also work with our client to match the right selling agent to each home. Once the agent was selected, we worked with the agent to manage the sale of the property.
We work with our client from start to finish – from those initial steps and conversations around what needs to happen to get a home ready to sell, through to agent selection and managing the sale right through to settlement of the property.
