The week ending 14th November delivered a clearance rate of 82% from the 1031 auctions reported for the period (based on REIV data). At the same time last year, there were 462 auctions reported.
594 homes sold at auction last week and another 252 sold prior to auction, with 184 passed in. 58 properties were withdrawn from sale and 71 auctions were postponed.
