The week ending 21st November delivered a clearance rate of 80% from the 1038 auctions reported for the period (based on REIV data). At the same time last year, there were 519 auctions reported.
580 homes sold at auction last week and another 244 sold prior to auction, with 210 passed in. 34 properties were withdrawn from sale and 68 auctions were postponed.
