392 homes sold at auction last week and another 120 sold prior to auction, with 46 passed in. 27 properties were withdrawn from sale and 104 auctions were postponed.
If you’re considering purchasing a home, be sure to ask the right questions and do your due diligence. There are currently some major infrastructure projects in the pipeline for Victoria. I cover some of these issues in my blog dated 27 September. Click here to read about the current projects in the works.
