The week ending 5th September delivered a clearance rate of 97% from the 140 auctions reported for the period (based on REIV data). At the same time last year, there were just 15 auctions reported.
68 homes sold at auction last week and another 68 sold prior to auction, with 4 passed in. 209 properties were withdrawn from sale and 329 auctions were postponed.
