As a Buyer’s and Seller’s Advocate who’s helped many people to buy and sell property over the years, I’ve been asked a lot of questions about how it all works.
If you’re looking to buy your first home, searching for your next one, or planning to sell your home, you might be feeling that uneasiness that comes from not knowing what you don’t know.
Take a moment to relax. It’s not as complicated as it might seem.
And with a Buyer’s and Seller’s Advocate in your corner, it’s not complicated at all! I’m here to answer any questions you might have and to make the process of buying or selling a home easy – like it should be.
I recently helped a first home buyer out with purchasing a house and they had some terrific (and very common) questions:
When do I get the keys? Once the settlement has gone through and the vendor’s solicitor emails the agent.
Can I choose the time for the settlement? No. You are allocated a time by the bank or your conveyancer/solicitor.
Do I need to attend the settlement? No. Everything is done electronically now.
What questions are still bouncing around unanswered for you?
Share them with me and know that the answer you receive will be from someone with over 20 years experience in buying and selling property.
