Pretty well in fact, with 17 suburbs making the list that assesses price growth potential based on a comprehensive set of lifestyle, demographic and economic drivers such as affordability, amenities, family appeal, location and infrastructure, amongst others.
The Melbourne suburbs real estate experts predict will see short to medium term price growth during 2025 spanned up to 280kms from the CBD as far as Bairnsdale, Geelong West, Karingal, Pakenham, Shepparton and Soldiers Hill.
But closer-in suburbs making the experts’ Top 100 List of suburbs to watch included Blackburn South, Coburg, Croydon, Ferntree Gully, Reservoir, Spotswood, St Kilda East and Sunshine West.
