Entertaining at home is a common reason buyers are searching for outdoor spaces. An outdoor space where buyers can relax is not only a lifestyle benefit but also could be a must have to accommodate pets. Whilst this is not a newly searched item, ‘outdoor space’ is the third most searched keyword.
Granny Flats
The granny flat is also in great demand today owing to its versatility. It should be noted that this residential property is not restricted to just the grandmas and grandpas as it is also a top choice of parents whose older children still live with them.
